The system of oral justice and Its scientific aims to explain antisocial behavior

Abstract:

In the present article we analyzed the importance of the application of the scientific method and the interdisciplinary work that gives reliability and validity to expert valuation, that contribute to the judges in the work of impart justice. For do this, they approach the antisocial phenomena that have an impact on the justice system, school violence and the syndrome of parental alienation, and the current problems in them, as well as the contributions of legal psychology in its study and understanding. Finally, some future lines of work are discussed.
